User feedback:

It is a Toyota Yaris 2015 with Valeo id46 immobox. Immo box is behind the glovebox. 2 screws easy to take out.
Not typical 8A chip.  8A you can do those through OBD – even in Europe. ID46 cannot be done via OBD.
Read st95160 eeprom data.
Make transponder to turn on car with Xhorse VVDI KET TOOL PLUS PAD.
Generate Toyota XM38 smart key under Yaris 2012 ID46 option.

Then program XM38 key with key tool plus. Make key from dump. 95160 under immo/yaris.

Adjusted some of the settings and everything worked. Both Keyless and remote.
